bookghan in progress

So this is roughly the first third of what it will be by the end of 2025. I usually read about 180+ a year, so it’ll grow. In reality, I’ve read 12 more books than the 55 reflected, but they were for work, so they’re not going to be in my bookghan. I decided not to include them mainly because, toward the end of the year, it could be months before they have covers.

I’m not going to join them until I’m done, so early 2026, just to be safe. Which means my layout above is not set in stone, not until I know how many 5” squares I actually have.

I’m a nerd, so I have a spreadsheet to track each square, the book, and the author, as well as yarns and patterns. That’s what the photo is from, a sheet I made to preview the layout.

I’m going to start a second one soon, one that’s just my Valdemar books. This is a long saga of standalone novels and series and short stories, all set within Mercedes Lackey’s Valdemar world. It’s an on-going saga that I’ve been (re)reading literally constantly since 1987 with the first book. I adore them!!!
