Your favorite songs

I have so many, but here are three that have endured!

Your favorite bands

This is much the same answer as to the last question. I like all kinds of music, across genres, so it’s hard to pinpoint just a few. The bands above, of course. Black Flag, Eminem, The Cranberries, Disturbed, Shepherds Reign, old Tupac and DMX.

Your favorite actors or actresses

Jensen Ackles, Matt Damon, Denzel Washington, to name a few. For actresses, definitely Katharine Hepburn (she’s my all-time fave), Cate Blanchett, Emily Blunt. Really, I like a lot of actors and actresses.

Your favorite books

Oh, boy. I read a LOT, so this one is hard. A cheat answer… any book in Mercedes Lackey’s Valdemar saga, any Stephen King novel, and the Harry Potter books. Other than that, a less-than-exhaustive list…

Your favorite TV shows

I love all the iterations of Law & Order, all the iterations of NCIS, S.W.A.T., S.E.A.L. Team, Game of Thrones, True Blood, and a lot of the talent-type shows like America’s Got Talent and The Masked Singer.

Your favorite foods/drinks

Ube anything… cookies, cake, shakes, ice cream. If it’s got ube in it, I’m there. And I have to have my iced tea (UNsweet) and coffee, too. Ahi poke, sushi, lau lau, loco moco. Pretty much any local food!

Your favorite kitchen appliance

This is a toss-up between my KitchenAid stand mixer, my bread machine, and my Ninja Foodi.

Your favorite animal

I don’t really have one, although I adore dogs.

Your favorite scents

Coconut, jasmine, plumeria, coffee, yummy food

Your favorite things you do in your free time

read, write, go to the beach, chill at the coffee shop, watch movies, binge-watch

Your pet peeves

liars, bigots, anyone who stands by and watches something wrong happen and says/does nothing
