Too easy. The state of things in the United States. Need I say more?

How to interpret this? I already have one less-than-happy answer, and I don’t want to be all doom-and-gloom, so I’m going to go with this in a pleasant way. Even if it is a bit of a reach in interpretation!!
I love books, and I love Halloween. Yes, the two are connected, and connected to twisting. My Book of the Month collection deeply needed organizing, so my kid helped me. We spent an hour taking them all down from all their various resting places and re-alphabetizing them. I weeded out some of the ones I’d read and decided to take to the Little Free Library on the next street over, weeded out another stack to be part of my usual on-top-of-the-DVD-cabinet holiday display. Now I have a collection of horror and thrillers displayed with a series of Halloween gnomes and fairy lights twisting among them. And when I lifted one of the stacks, I managed to twist the hell out of my back.
It should also be noted… originally, I was going to organize them by genre, then alphabetically. It was then I realized just how many thrillers I read. The pile was waist high on me.

I have a hockey game on Saturday morning (Go, Rangers!), then a gaming sesh with the hubs and Man Child #4 in the afternoon. Sunday is for decorating for the season. Ooky, spooky!

Aside from the political BS, not much. It’s pretty steady at the moment.

Oof. Deep question. A deeply uncomfortable one. I’ll go with my brain. I love my brain.
